makes 8oz (measurements in volume)
7.48oz 93.5% Lemon Balm infused water (tea)
0.4oz 5% glycerin (you can increase or decrease based on your needs)
0.12oz 1.5% preservative (or use the recommended percentage of whatever preservative you’re using)
Add wispy (tiny/negligible) amounts of guar gum to give a soft feel to the mix. NOT TOO MUCH!! I usually add less than 1/8 tsp of Guar Gum if I’m making 8oz
INSTRUCTIONS
# Mix all the ingredients well before adding them into a spray bottle.
# Make sure you’ve incorporated the guar gum. Too much guar could flake up on your curls.
MY NOTES
Remember this is simply a tea based spritz with no hold. Your hair may be shiny, but you still have to seal in that moisture with a whipped butter mix, or shea butter. Or add an oil on top of your hair like Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Sunflower oil, Macadamia Nut oil, or your favorite oil
