Hey guys. I'm currently testing out the Klairs Supple Preparation Toner which is a Korean skincare brand. 

Toners in Korea seem to be meant to sooth the skin. As such, they don't contain drying alcohol and aren't "astringent" in nature. Here's the pretty damn good ingredient list for the Supple Preparation Toner (Original version):

Water, Butylene Glycol, Dimethyl Sulfone, Betaine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Natto Gum, Sodium Hyaluronate, Disodium EDTA, Centella Asiatica Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Polyquaternium-51, Chlorphenesin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Carbomer, Panthenol, Arginine, Luffa Cylindrica Fruit/Leaf/Stem Extract, Beta-Glucan, Althaea Rosea Flower Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Lysine HCL, Proline, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Acetyl Methionine, Theanine, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Copper Tripeptide-1

Use it on the skin right after washing.  You can do 2 or 3 layers of this toner (apply, let dry and repeat) to give yourself a "serum" effect (I'm told).  My first rule for anything I put on my face is "First, do no harm". LOL! As long as it doesn't break me out or make things worse, I'll consider it a success. But I'll let yall know if I think it's worth it after I try it for a while.

They also make an "unscented" version, but I can't really smell a harsh scent with the first one. Anyway,  here's the ingredients for that one:
