Tips

Gum Arabic is ANIONIC is nature. Because of this, it SHOULDN'T be used with BTMS-25 or BTMS-50. Your mix will not be stable. It may refuse to thicken at all if you use gum arabic in the water phase before heating. Your emulsion will separate.
