MY NOTES
+ Another softening conditioner! I’m a sucker for softening, moisture-retention conditioner! Extended softness.
+Using shea butter in a leave-in after a long time, I’d forgotten how much it, too, adds softness and moisture to the hair. Use this to contribute to softer hair.
+Aloe vera is a nice touch here. I added it to water instead of using only aloe vera. Have you ever used aloe vera in the hair? It too makes my hair soft.
+So be mindful that if you want a crunchy, crunch so your definition (from gels) can last a long time, you may want to use a smaller amount of this or use something else. Your hair will be soft for days.
+Remember what I said about cetyl esters enhancing the texture of a product? Well, allegedly cetyl esters help fight crystallization in a product. It helps maintain a smooth texture in your products and may contribute to the enhanced stability of butters like shea butter.
+The aloe vera juice does something to enhance the texture of this. I can’t explain it. When I make a formula like this without aloe vera, it’s great. But with aloe vera, there’s a little something extra with the smoothness of this cream. See it you notice.
+Try not to make it faceplant like I did in the video. LOL!
